Dramaforum Oy, a Finland based online gaming provider, has as for to-date chosen Symmetria Software to deliver a fully hosted E-platform solution for Dramaforum’s new online gaming service.
Symmetria Software (www.symmetria.fi) provides cutting edge e-commerce solutions and services for companies desiring to build e-services and user experiences in internet with customized look and feel and ease-of-use. Symmetria will deliver an e-commerce solution to Dramaforum’s Petra’s Planet -online gaming family, based on Symmetria’s new E-shop platform technology, and take the role to maintain the service and develop the user experience further.
Petra's Planet (www.petranplaneetta.fi / www.petrasplanet.com) is a new exciting online gaming community for children to explore different countries and cultures safely through playing games. The users of Petra’s Planet can subscribe to the premium game service through the web shop functionality that is included in the service platform delivery. Dramaforum’s partners will enjoy a dedicated B2B interface for their access to the service and content provision.

6.4.2010 Dramaforum mukana Lumotut Sanat -festivaalissa Kulttuuritalo Valvessa Oulussa. Tapahtumassa on esillä Anna Härmälän kuivapastellitöitä Petra -kirjojen kuvituksista. Vierailijoilla on myös mahdollisuus kokeilla syksyllä julkaistavaa Petran Planeetta -pelimaailmaa. Festivaali järjestetään 5.5 - 13.6.2010.
23.3.2010 Dramaforum Oy on tehnyt sopimuksen ranskalaisen Fondastudios Sarl -yhtiön kanssa Petra kirjojen, sekä Petran Planeetan -pelimaailman edustamisesta Ranskan markkinoilla.
4.1.2010 Jere Saarela nimitetty Dramaforum Oy:n markkinointijohtajaksi ja vastaavaksi tuottajaksi. Hän palaa digitaalisen viihteen pariin ensimmäisenä projektinaan ohjaamaan Petran Planeetta -virtuaalimaailman tuotantoa ja lanseerausta. Jere on aiemmin vastannut lähes 10 vuoden ajan Electronic Artsin Suomen ja Baltian markkinoinnista sekä toiminut osatuottajana useissa peleissä.
